Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using StratLume's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Service Description
StratLume provides digital marketing services including website development, paid advertising management, SEO optimization, and lead generation services.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Intellectual Property
All work products created by StratLume become the property of the client upon full payment, except for proprietary tools and methodologies.
Limitation of Liability
StratLume's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered.
